朝霧高原について
朝霧高原は、富士山西麓にある壮大で緑豊かな高原です。
標高700～1,000ｍに広がる一面の緑と、
のどかな雰囲気は、見る者の心を魅了します。
春から秋にかけては天然の花畑となり人気がある。
秋の名月とすすきが特に良いです。
最近は、パラグライダー等のスカイスポーツのメッカとして有名です。
名前の通り、5月から8月にかけての朝夕は霧が発生しやすく、
幻想的な富士の姿が見られます。
朝霧高原は、「間近で富士山を望めるスポット」
「全国でも有数の酪農地帯」としても有名です。
その恵まれた環境から、観光向けの施設も多く、
夏には避暑地としてたくさんの人が訪れます。
また、「富士箱根伊豆国立公園」「ふるさと文化財の森」に指定されています。
澄んだ空気に富士山の雪解け水、のんびり牧草を食べる牛、
そして雄大な富士山が目の前に広がっています。
プロ、アマ問わず富士山の撮影スポットとしても人気が高い場所です。
高原西部には、ダイヤモンド富士の名所として名高い田貫湖が広がります。
