Must add that let's not call it Chinese Dai Pai Dong….it's literally only in Hong Kong that it is called Dai Pai Dong….which means big license stall in Cantonese….
A lot of Hong Kongers that I know dislike to be associated with "Chinese"……especially when it is related to their unique identity. Cheers. Doing a great job about introducing my second home Hong Kong to the world.

🥴 wonton soup is meant to be made of flat fish powder (大地魚粉), did they not use it or you not taste it?? It'd help with video content to do more hw..
I wanna visit the Dai Pain Dong place! I can taste the wok hei through the screen haha and that chicken wow. lol the bloopers at the end, I can relate 🤣
Best for last you went to Ai Wensheng/Oi Man Sang 愛文生. As you say the best dai pai dong in H.K. The beef/potato is first deep fried. Then drained then fried/sauced in the wok. Love the egg/beef sandwich. Try a bowl of macaroni/beef tomato soup. Thanks really enjoyed this vlog.

thats pretty expensive for a dai pai dong isnt it? i mean thats the average price of a dish in a proper chinese restaurant in sydney. Dai pai dong is meant to be cheap and dirty isnt it.

Oh my… I am heading to Hong Kong on Friday for a solo weekend trip and I thought I knew what I wanted to seek out and eat… then you show such awesomeness. After being blown away a few weeks ago with your Verace Pizzeria recommendation here in Sydney, I can't wait to try some of these specialties, especially the Wontons in soup. 😁
