There was a palpable energy in the air as more than 750 delegates from across the globe converged via train in Lugano, Switzerland for the Adventure Travel World Summit (ATWS) in 2022.
Most notably, there has been a marked shift away from ‘the way things have always been done’ and toward bold actions to make the adventure travel experience more sustainable, accessible, and innovative. The environmental commitments were showcased throughout the course of the event.
