HUGE 2-Hour Japanese Supermarket Tour of ITO YOKADO (イトーヨーカドー) | JAPANESE STORE TOURS

This ridiculously long 2-hour tour of an Ito Yokado supermarket will show you in detail many items around the entire store, including close-ups of products and their prices. At the time of this video, the exchange rate was ¥132 = $1.00 USD.
Please use the time stamps below or on the video player timeline to navigate through different sections of the store. You can always pause the video and come back to it at a later time too. You don’t have to watch the entire video in one sitting.
Ito Yokado (イトーヨーカドー) was founded in 1920 and is one of the largest supermarket chains in Japan with 126 different locations. They are a subsidiary of 7&i Holdings, which explains why so many 7-11 type of stuff was inside the store. To my knowledge it wasn’t like that before when I went, so I think it was a recent change to have sooooo many items from 7-11 found in the supermarket.

  3. Soooooo much unnecessary single use plastic that will end up in landfill but great tour thanks

  4. small correction? Food is 8% but premade meals like bentos, pasta bowls, or anything that is "ready to eat" is 10%.

  5. Ito Yokado is part of 7&i Holdings, the parent company of 7eleven. That’s why there are 7eleven poducts being sold there

  6. at 48:00 the way that staffer thumped that box down … back in Canada when I was running the grocery store she'd have been reprimanded.

  7. “Strong Zero” sounds like a response someone would give when asked to rate my face.

  8. "Shark Coochie Boards!" LOL yeah! Those! Hahaha I've heard somany variations of Charcuterie boards but that one takes the Cake! I love your videos! They're pretty great! I love how you take your time but show almost every single thing. Slow enough to have time to pause and screenshot but fast enough to not lose attention. Also, Hey! I've been sober about the same time actually. No alcohol for this girl either!😊

  9. woot woot store tourrrrr, i would kill to be able to get one of those sumire miso ramen raw noodle packages for that price 😭😆
