Great place for none local people to get dysentery among other tropical monsters inside you! I ate shrimp ๐ฆ outta the delta spent 5 weeks in Saigon Hospital! Be careful what you consume while traveling! I was 8 hrs from Saigon in the countryside when I got sick! First symptom horrible crampโs then day 2-3 bleeding out fast! Rushed to Family Medical downtown Saigon! Know your westernized Medical care before you travel! You do NOT want to end up is a poor run Hospital! Locals eat this their entire life and their immune system is used to it! Westerners however are not so immune!
