🇯🇵🧖🏼‍♀️JAPANESE SKINCARE! My 70-minute upgraded facial and how much it cost chaotic and funny

I got my first facial in Japan at a spa!!!

If you plan to visit Japan, or are considering moving here, I absolutely recommend getting beauty services done. The care and affordability compared to the states are insane to me! Stay tuned to the end to see how much I paid for my 70-minute upgraded facial… I added deep cleaning and microcurrent treatment. These services were targeted to treat and deep clean blackheads, lift muscles, improve circulation, and diminish the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

I had so much fun at my appointment at Pola here in Iwakuni, Japan.. This video is in no way sponsored. I booked and paid for my own services. Thank you to the owner of Pola and my aesthetician (Hi Akane!!), who were kind enough to let me film and have fun during my experience today 🙂

Pola is a skincare chain in Japan! I found them on google. Here’s the exact location I went to and a link to the Facebook messenger you can communicate with in English to book your appointment.

  1. Yes please do the head spa! I love watching them on TikTok when they come across my FYP. They look so relaxing.

  2. Wow! I got so sleepy just watching you get a facial. This is not something I would splurge on in my everyday life but, I think it would be fun to try the next time I’m in Japan. Thanks.

  3. I would love to experience a Japanese hair spa too. Can't wait for the next spa day~

  4. Living in NYC USA – I have paid $80 plus tip for a general facial (no personalization and less steps) and $150 for personalized facials but it was part of a package deal of three.

  5. Your skin really was glowing! (But you're also young!) Here in Hawaii, that treatment would cost close to or even over $200. That's why when I visit Japan, I get my hair cut. Last time, in Tokyo, I cut and colored my hair for 9900 yen. Such excellent service nd no tipping!

  6. Hey Caitlin!!!! Love your videos ♥♥ I have a question : should I come to japan after 2-3 years as far as population decline is concerned ?

  7. Hi Caitlin! I was wondering if you could do a video or share some tips on travelling in Japan during Golden Week? Thank you! 🙏

  8. Wow you weren't kidding about the glow ! ✨ Ps you're so cute with your tiny mic 🎙 😂 i feel like you're reporting for a news channel ! Love this

  9. Here in Sweden your treatment with all the whistles and bells would’ve been well over 200$.

  10. Your skin looks amazing! I would love to see a hair spa too! Your esthetician was so sweet 🖤

  11. Loved watching this video!! For a hydrafacial with dermaplane, red light therapy I pay $170 in Arizona and would be ~$250 in California. I believe a facial similar to the one you got would be around $120 in Arizona 🤗

  12. This is maybe 50 USD in Pakistan 🇵🇰🇵🇰👀👀
I love living in the metropolitan city of a 3rd world country 🤣🤣

  13. Oooh I see Pola everywhere, didn’t know that was going on in the back. 😂 I thought they were just selling creams. Gonna have to check it out!

  14. If you like or love japanese culture, so I'm sure that you will love my music! Thanks! 🙂

  15. Very inexpensive! I’m an esthetician and our 30 min facials start at $60 with add ons around $20 each. Which is very cheap!
