🥒 ABOUT BEFRS:
Hey, I’m Sonny! I’m from the US but I’ve been living in Asia for 10 years and started making food and travel videos to document my experiences. I travel to different parts of the world, hunting down and documenting the most unique food each country has to offer.

If you see any factual food errors in my videos, please feel free to politely let me know in the comments. I’m a huge fan of trying different, interesting foods in each country. My show is from a Western point of view, but more importantly, MY point of view. It is not meant to offend any person or culture.

  1. Nagaland has always been a part of India, and we Indians will do whatever it takes to keep it intact as a whole country… we all are brother and sisters and together we thrive <3

  2. India is one of the most diverse countries in the world if we think that we are different from the other Indians then there will be no India because in India everyone is different and everything is different. jai hind

  3. Dear Naga brothers and sisters, I am Bengali..do I qualify as a 'main-lander'? We are indeed a big country with huge diversities, cultures, religions, languages, foods. So never mind the differences, non-sense discriminating addressing. The whole India is yours. And dear Sonny and team, thank you so much for exploring our motherland. Just fyi, yes unfortunately, cow slaughtering (not eating beef) is illegal in 9 states of India, out of 37 states and UT. But overall, we Indians are not just hindus .. or haters of beef loving people. We celebrate diversities with great respect from the core of our belief .. that's why we are a proud and united nation.

  4. Beef is so freaking yummy…but some backward people drink its piss.

  5. Listen man , you are disturbing the harmony of India by portraying muslims and Christians as minority and depressed . But the reality is they are the most dominating and peace disturbing people. And you bloody cruel british came to asian countries and made it colonies and forced people to convert to christian . I like your channel earlier but after this video I'm going to leave it and as an Indian i will request every indian viewer to unsubscribe you. Nagaland is a whole part of India and their people also are patriotic towards India.

  6. Lol he uses the words slaughtering as if it's a big thing does your people not kill animals.
"eating beef is a normal thing for Nagaland"are u an alien it's normal for everyone to eat beef.

  7. I've few question if anyone can answer.
    1. 125 years ago whether the convertion was by force or free will?
    2. How come a believer of God can kill so many innocent animals? Was it ever permitted by Jesus Christ?
    3. How did christanity enriched the age old marvelous naga culture in any way?
    Honest answer please.

  8. As what I can this is all pre planned.
He must be paid to conduct interview as we have seen west are propogading Christian are not safe in India.
So with due respect please stop anti India propoganda for what ever your reason.

  9. We have no idea what Nagaland eats or does. And if those people were converted into Christianity 125 years ago, then they wants to convert to Hinduism again then do .Nagland was our state and it is our state and will always be, people of North East are very brave and they are also Indian. And will never be separated from India. Don't try to separate our people from us you bloody Americans

  10. It's not the sacred cow my friend, there are two type of cows and the other sacred is banned to transport..

  11. Most innocent and trustworthy people in world are the people of nagaland
I recently posted in nagaland for 2 month to conduct election I feel person of nagaland are most straightforward people they don't know bluffing.

  12. Just like people don't mind eating beef in Nagaland or Maghalaya or Arunachal Pradesh, people from those parts shouldn't mind Hindus living in Hindu majority states who don't eat beef or have put a ban on beef sale or cow slaughter, and vice versa, as simple as that. It's all about acceptance, it's all one Bharat. I stay in Assam, very near to Nagaland borders, i have been there many times.
I share a very beautiful story. My family got invited by a Naga friend of my dad, we all went early with sweets and chocolates, and they knew well that we're Hindus, we don't eat beef or buff etc. They arranged everything for us in the kitchen, my mom cooked mutton and the lady of the house helped her. We ate together, had a lot of fun, stories over tea, and games. We had a great time, no complaints. They enjoyed our recipe, we enjoyed their custard. Lovely experience. They even came to my uncle's wedding, gifted a big 'Naga dao'😁

  13. Proud being a Naga. The uniqueness we carry is amazing . Hats off to the entire team , great content ❤

  14. Nagaland n arunachal pradesh r very similar in eating n looks …very intriguing…love this documentary 🥰🥰🥰

  15. Sonny why do you speak politics and discussing about and keep stressing that Nagaland different food habit and culture from mainland India. We watch your channel for entertainment purposes why do you go deep into culture and heritage I don’t appreciate this blog. Please don’t talk in such a way that would try people from thinking different or thought of separation
