  1. Thank you for the 山手線 challenge!
It reminds me a bit of the 2017 Dragon Ball Tokyo JR Line stamp rally 😄

  2. Loved this video Nathan. It was informative in terms of the comparisson, you had some great exploration with the random stops which gave a nice impression and you guys were quite the fun duo together. Well done. Personally we would most likely get off at the Shin-Okubo stop.

  3. Loved when you were on the train guy opposite eating never seen a Japanese man eating on train before its not usually done so really stood out I love Yamanote line .You should take Sakura tram so fun I got off of 26 of 30 stops was hoping to do all but camera ran out of battery will do ones I missed next time.

  4. That Yamanote music gives me chills. Just means I’m heading to a meeting or coming from a meeting…

  5. I consider this an intentional version of getting lost and finding something unexpected and amazing. If everything is random you just never know what you will discover. I think this would be a really fun way to spend an unplanned day in Tokyo. The only issue is having unplanned days on any trip to Japan. I think you need to be staying in country for a long enough period of time to have unplanned days in your schedule or be on a short we'll take it as it goes trip. Not many can actually take a semi spur of the moment last minute trips to Japan for a week. In fact it may be restricted to music teachers only. Japan is a long flight from most parts of the earth therefore planning is involved.
However, this was an interesting and enjoyable video. I'll have to consider some version of this with the change of going to the tourist office that are in all train stations and having them choose the activity for their location. I enjoyed this day in the life of a Nomadic Monkey. Something about that last sentence is just wrong.

  6. This was so much fun to film and I think we definitely vibe well thanks for having me along for the ride! I got to know Tokyo a little better and you did an amazing job putting this together 🤩

  7. I love this! It looked like so much fun. It gives you the opportunity to see neighbourhoods that you wouldn’t normally see. Maybe you can find a little hidden gem 🐸♥️

  8. Fun video! I really thought the IC based fare would have been much more expensive than it was compared to the ticket!

  9. This video helps a lot. I guess I’ll be taking the Yamanote line a lot when I go in two weeks. It takes you to most the places I’m going.

  10. There is a very big Burger you can eat at a place called Henry's Burger. I hope to eat there when I come to Japan in about 12 days

  11. You and luke do look like brothers ! This was a great video, very relaxed and fun! Loved seeing all the different places,i might do this one time when im in japan..Thank you nathan and luke
