Bullet Train Trip Nagoya to Tokyo Station for FREE using JR Pass

A complete and comprehensive guide showing how to ride the Shinkansen bullet train from Nagoya Station to Tokyo station for FREE using Japan Rail Pass and how to transfer from the “private” (non-JR train) Aonami train Line to JR Lines at the Nagoya Station. Also includes how to go and see the iconic view of the Marunouchi frontage of the Tokyo Station.

Note: The routes we used here for Nagoya Shinakansen are the shortest way to the train platforms and exits. This to save our time and better enjoy our journey. Walking routes to Shinkansen used here do not use the elevator; in which case you will have to take another way to walk to the train platforms and exits; that is through Nagoya Station Shinkansen North Gate:
