I have a G9. I prefer the DR of the GH6: there is more detail in the shadows and not the ‘crushed blacks’ look. I also prefer the GH6 colours: there is a bit more saturation.
Sebastiaan at Red Frame Tech built a G9 to GH6 conversion LUT which I have tried (only a couple) of times, but I like it.
