Japan's Emergency Services Suddenly Arrive while Taking a Walk in Osaka

Today I took a walk through the Taisho district of Osaka Japan, but unexpectedly just as I begun many firetrucks, several ambulance and even police cars arrived at the scene. I dont know what brought them there but I tried to leave the area quickly and then walk through the urban residential area and also past the Kyocera Dome for the Osaka Baseball Team on a weekday in Japan.
