They were in @michelinguide Tokyo for 3 years in a row from 2015. They specialize in vegan ramen 🥦🥕🧅
We didn’t pick vegan ramen this time but I had a Gluten-free Shoyu Ramen and Mr.Rroboto had Special Tanrei Shoyu Ramen.
The gluten-free noodle is made of brown rice. The shoyu-based soup is very light with chicken stock. Very light but has the depth in the flavor. It was so good I ate the whole soup.
初めてソラノイロラーメンを食べました🍜 レジそばで有名ですが、今回は二人ともベジそばは食べず、私はグルテンフリー醤油ラーメン、夫は特製淡麗醤油ラーメンを食べました。
グルテンフリーの麺は主に玄米から作られており、凄い食べやすいです。スープはとっても軽いのですが、深みがあります😍また食べたいです👍
