10 Days in Hokkaido (北海道) | A Travel Film

Subscribe to my channel here. Thank you so much for a thumb-up!

In June and July 2017 we spent 10 days travelling across Hokkaido, from the East coast to the West coast and to the South. This island is so different from the rest of Japan. It’s vast, wild and beautiful.

In this short film you see the following places: Kushiro Marshland, various locations in Biei (the Flower Fields, Shirahige Waterfall, Blue Pond, Patchwork Road), the coast of Bikuni in Shakotan, the fire festival of Bikuni / Shakotan, the mountain village of Nukabira, the Thaushubetsu bridge, the secluded train station of Kitahama in Abashiri, Sapporo, Hakodate and Otaru. Shot mostly with a DJI Mavic Pro and a DJI Osmo.
