I got the UPGRADE to American Airlines First Class aka Flagship First on AA Flight 26 from Tokyo Haneda (HND) Airport to Los Angeles (LAX) on this Boeing 777-300ER (only 20 in American Airlines Fleet)! Before the American Airlines Flagship First Class Flight, I had the opportunity to enjoy the Japan Airlines (JAL) Lounge which included the Red Suite, some fancy champagne and a refreshing lounge shower. I happily sat in seat 2D which is one of only 8 First Class seats on this Boeing 777-300ER. American Airlines is actually the only U.S. Carrier with true First Class. Thanks to AAdvantage Elite Status I was able to to score this valuable complimentary upgrade utilizing a system wide upgrade, or SWU, from Business Class to Flagship First Class. Nice to meet you! The first class of America Airlines looks very comfortable with a wide seat. How many miles did you need to upgrade from business class to first class?😄
I've gotten plenty of domestic FC upgrades with Delta, but their system works a lot different than AA. Great video, the thrill of an upgrade is the best.
I'm planning my flight. So little videos on the Flagship First. You cemented it in me. I want a real 1st class not the United or Delta hybrid of the 2.

Not going lie, you got my interest when you turned the shower on! J/K. I've never flown AA 1st International only on UA and NWA. The seats on AA were definitely better than UA's old First Class Seat (replaced by Polaris). How was the service? I've read that service on AA 1st international can be really hit or miss. I mostly fly foreign carriers in Business because I find the service to be so much better.
In one of James Asquith's vlogs, he said that it was the crew who made the ride fantastic. Kudos to the flying crew of AA!
