There is a shop over in Yokohama’s Red Brick Warehouse district called Yokohama Tachibana that has an open window to their kitchen.
The chefs here are popular with locals and tourists as they masterfully cook a dish of omelette rice in front of crowds. In less than a minute, the dish is prepared and the chef signs off with a cool Peace Sign!
