  2. A little surprised to see all that work go into a big champagne bottle and then they put it way up on the top shelf. Hopefully that shelf is stable and nobody can easily knock it over

  3. That was really botched! The "bottle" still had the stripes of the mold, the "logo" was applied lousy…I wouldn't spend money on that. Why weren't the stripes removed? How can that "logo" be painted on so badly? The caramel almond chips were awesome…!!!

  4. Ohmygosh I could almost taste and smell that brittle. It gave me ideas how to make bigger batches of my own brittle. Magnificent. I’m salivating here lol.

  6. I'm glad I found this video. I had been looking at this company for my daughters chocolate gifts. But now… after seeing them breathe into the bottle, and the hairy arms touching the brittle… um…no thank you. As a chef myself I would insist on them wearing protective sleeves.

  7. Just a suggestion but why don’t you pour the chocolate onto the tray and then put it in the freezer and THEN put the champagne bottle in the chocolate?
