    I am Japanese.
    
    If you don't go early in the morning, the mountains all over Japan will be covered in clouds, so it is recommended to go early.
    
    If the weather is good, it will be even more cloudy.
    
    This is because the high temperature causes water to evaporate and form clouds.

    If it is summer, Mt.Fuji is rarely hidden even if the time is late.
