📝 札幌の市電、中島公園駅から中央区の山鼻エリアを散歩しました。豊平川と藻岩山に挟まれたこのエリアは、山鼻村として明治時代に開拓されたことに由来します。住所表記には山鼻は存在しませんが、マンションやお店などに山鼻という表記が多くあります。
