Not many cities have managed to retain their historic features quite as successfully as Bern, the capital of Switzerland. The old town of Bern is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and thanks to its 6 kilometres of arcades – the locals refer to them as ‘Lauben’ – boasts on of the longest weather-sheltered shopping promenades in Europe. In this 4K travel video, we’re going to explore some of the most beautiful places to visit, like the Old Town, the Cathedral of Bern (Bern Minster) and the central part of the city.

    I have been to Bern a few times and always enjoyed it.
    I Do hope the live bears are not still in that pit. Not a good sight for tourists.

    I agree that the actual quality and videography on this video and many of your videos generally is excellent. However the content on the capital of Switzerland showed basically a nameless bridge and main street repeatedly with no music and much excess noise. Jeka please consider using even one name captions to indicate what the viewer is looking at.!!!
