    you're boring us to death with constant videos about Germany… it's always the same… Germany this, Germany that… change things a bit, will you? Why don't you react to Azerbaijan or Albania or Cyprus or Chad or Botswana or Tajikistan or the freaking Mars…???

    Nope! This Christmas Market is nowhere near like the Top 20 in Europe, sorry. If you would be willing to "see" other Countries sometimes, you would realize, there are so many Countries and Cities much more interesting than Germany. Trust me, I lived in different EU countries over a decade. And I have visited every single Europen country including Russia, some of them numerous times and during all the Seasons of the year. If you want to visit the Schwarzwald area, pls do it somewhere between April-October. Depends of the weather, if you really want to enjoy this amazing but large area, I mean, it is not a city.

    Most bigger christmas markets will last the 4 weeks of Advent (which starts at the fourth Sunday before Christmas'Eve). There are some exceptions however. More traditional non-commercial markets will only open at the weekends for example or last only the last week before Christmas.

    That was typical man again! As punishment, he would have been allowed to do the household alone for me for 4 weeks! Good thing I'm single. Good and traditional Christmas markets are characterized by the fact that only local traders and stall operators are allowed. This guarantees the quality of the products. No Christmas market in a big city can compete with that. If you want tradition and quality, then go to the countryside and visit one of the countless Christmas markets.

    If Glühwein is too bitter for you, maybe add a shot of Amaretto for only €1 to it. Or another sweet liquor they have posted.

    Plan 2-6 months ahead of time and you can get a really good price on airfare, usually. Sometimes round-trip flights from Dallas, TX to Frankfurt, Germany for as little as $528 per person!! I'll post some images on Patreon about fares I looked up in October to Europe.
