Today, we will be riding on Japan’s most rare overnight train. West Express Ginga Premier is one of a unique train that can be found in Japan. It’s really hard to get the ticket for this train; however, with some luck, I was able to get it!!!!
How rare you ask?
This train ride is only available 3-4 times a month. And most of the tickets are sold within minutes, if not second. My friend told me that this is one of the most famous overnight train in Japan due to it’s price and availability. If you want to ride overnight train, it’s either this or the sunrise express.
Although West Express Ginga is expensive, I was able to receive 40% by using a campaign organized by the government of Japan.
