Officials at Tokyo’s Haneda airport on Tuesday demonstrate self-navigating electric wheelchairs that will allow users to call one up with smartphones and use them to travel anywhere within the airport. With sensors and other safety devices built in, the wheelchairs can automatically avoid obstacles.
