Gamblings are strictly banned in Japan, except publicly-operated gambling,
like horse race, cycle race and powerboat race. Pachinko is considered " Gambling ",
so they are not allowed to give cash back to the customers, however,
they give us " prizes " instead.
Those " prizes " are exchangeable to cash at the outside of their premises.
(This is the loophole of the gambling law.)
The exchange place is usually located at the next of Pachinko parlar.
A small package of roasted chestnut is from the extra small change.
