Bò né is a breakfast dish in Vietnam with full of essential nutrients for the body: protein from beef, shumai and pate, flour from bread, quality fat from omelet and minerals, vitamins from vegetables, onions, cilantro. The reason it’s called beef is because this is a Vietnamese-style steak (beef) and is presented in a small cast iron pan and served when the oil is boiling, foaming, so diners must people, leaning to avoid being shot at, being thrown at people, hence the name cow dodge.
