Not only you give out beautiful and delicious videos. Yet this advise gave me an inspiration to apply for my everyday life.
Thanks! Looking forward to your other videos! ❤❤

  2. japanese have many dishes with broth in their food, maybe it is the secret why their food are popular and tasty.

  3. Once you see the assembly line process you understand the volume. Great idea and reasonable. Love the chikuwa and wakame udon. Enjoyed this video. Thanks much!

  4. Every ingredient is pretty much cooked already, just boiling noodles and plating the food up. Most of the work has been done before service.

  5. Hopefully I can go here in about a year or so! This is one of the best Japanese food channels btw. Keep up the good work!

  6. Interesting 🤔. I have never eaten udon noodles but would like to try someday. Don’t think I could eat a raw egg like the way it’s shown in this video.

  7. Don't cut corners to make a buck or yen!!! Develop key personnel within the different stores for future stores. This is a major problem with many businesses, they expand too rapidately and the quality of the food gets lessened to make a "buck". So what is the ultimate goal, the MacDonalds of Udon (which lessens quality) or a quality based business built on interegity.
