We were lucky enough to spend two autumnal weeks travelling across Japan. During our stay we visited Tokyo, Lake Kawaguchi, Kanazawa, Takayama, Kyoto, Nara, Osaka and Koyasan.
Hopefully this video will give you some inspiration for your next trip or an insight into the wonderful culture of Japan where old meets new and society works together in a way we’ve never seen anywhere else on earth. Hi, this was great. We are going at the end of March. How long did you spend in each place.
I think we have 4 for Kyoto with day trips to Hiroshima and Nara. 1 in Osaka. Then we are going to Kanazawa for 2 nights with a day trip to Shirakawago, then back to Kanazawa. We think we may miss Takayama as I'm not sure there's much going on. The hida museum is similar to Shirakawago. Would you say its a must see? Then, in Tokyo for 5
