반계리 은행나무는 높이가 32m, 둘레가 16.27m에 이르며, 가지가 사방으로 넓게 퍼져 있어 웅장한 느낌을 준다.

반계리 은행나무는 지금까지 무성하게 잘 자라고 있을 뿐만 아니라, 줄기와 가지가 균형있게 퍼져 있어 보호되고 있는 전국의 은행나무 가운데 가장 아름다운 나무로 알려져 있다.
