  1. Thank you for the brief guide. If I get my Suica card in Tokyo can I use it in Kyoto, Osaka regional trains or only in train between these cities?

  2. Thank you for the guide! I am going to Japan in next month and got a bit confused about the IC card. You have explained it all very thoroughly!

  3. Thanks for this guide, maybe you know the difference between plastic Suica and another virtual in Apple Wallet? The deposit not required and i can charge with card in AppWallet

  4. Thank you for your videos. They are very detailed. I always hear to buy either the Passimo or Suica. But the decision is really if your are a local for the added benefits.

  5. Despite the economic downturn,I'm so happy☺️. I have been earning $ 60,200 returns from my $7,000 investment every 13days••

  6. The Welcome Suica card only can be thrown away after getting invalid. I don’t see any real benefit. For one time visitors, the virtual Suica card to be stored in Apple Wallet or the corresponding app of Android is ok.

  7. A very complete review of the SUICA and PASMO IC cards. Having traveled to Japan and used the SUICA while in Tokyo, I can say it was the best thing I did. The convenience of not needing to figure out the fare cost and having to purchase tickets for that specific rout when traveling around Tokyo on the trains was invaluable. I just used Google Maps (train mode) and then walked through the turnstyle after touching the SUICA card to the sensor as in the video. No having to remember to put your paper ticket in the turnstyle and then risk forgetting to grab it on the other side. The bonus was being able to purchase food and drinks in the Combini. One thing I learned was that unless you have an apple smartphone that was purchased in Japan, you won't be able to use the app to link your SUICA card to the Apple Pay wallet to use with your Phones NFC capability, which allows you to touch your phone to the sensor on the turnstyle. You'll have to touch the card itself. Not a big problem, but in the video there was a moment where the man has a smartphone wallet with the SUICA card stored in the front. He simply used it that way to touch the sensor on the turnstyle.
