I FOUND THE MOST EXPENSIVE LEXUS GX470 ON EARTH HERE IN GERMANY (THIS THING IS INSANE!!!)

  1. I highly doubt that this thing is street legal in Germany. The thing in the front is way too dangerous for pedestrians and can cause serious injuries. He probably got some sort of special permit for it, which is possible I think if you can prove that you need it for work or something like that

  2. Sorry but I'm an older native German carbuff and as my father is still alive and lives nearly 180miles away from my place. I'm still not into the whole SUV world, I need something that gives me and my family the ability to visit my father on a sunday morning in less than a two hours ride. So I will hold on to my 14 years old Mercedes Benz wagon.

  3. no, it's ugly af and impractical in stuttgart (or anywhere tbh)

    //edit:
oh, and everyone in traffic will hate your guts, from other drivers to pedestrians because it wastes way too much space, is hard to see through or around and has more blind spots than a lorry…

  4. Are you going to get it?! You really know your cars! Also have you mentioned in a video somewhere the fact that Americans called BMWs beemers? 🤣 my husband refuses to acknowledge beemer as an appropriate name for any vehicle out of Bavaria

  5. Unless you're a forest worker, hunter or something like that nobody needs a car like this. For regular use it's impractical and too ugly.

  6. Sorry to bring it to you but many Germans will tell you how bad this car is for the enviroment and how nobody really needs an SUV. They are becoming more and more discredited for those reasons and while they were loved well some years ago you'll get a lot of judging stares for driving them nowadays). If you don't want to deal with that on a regular base you should not consider that car. Also for most "bull bars" you need an extra permisson. I guess if the car is sold like this one exists but you should make sure. And don't forget that parking spaces here are not as large as in the US and also that such a car is not that much fun to drive in a larger city. Also many people will tell you that this an extremely ugly car. You know already that Germans don't hold back with their thoughts. But if all that does not matter and it is your dreamcar – go for it.

  7. No.
Lexus is great, but you won't need this monster on German streets. Don't let your inner 'Murican win this match.

  8. Don´t do it! Unless you own some space there is no chance to drive off-road in Germany, you will have huge costs for Gas, tax and insurance and Germany is not built for those cars. I drove a Porsche cayenne for 6 months and it was terrible because its just too large. Tiny streets with parked cars on both sides and you try to get through :/, parking spots (especially in Stuttgart) will be hard to find etc.

Its just a huge waste of money and very bad for the environment…

  9. Hi Trey, sure, go for it. The owner obviously takes very good care of it. This will practically outlast any other car. The Tesla is not even close when it comes to quality VS Lexus.

  10. wow – ugliest car ever i´ve ever seen – if you buy this car, pls drive only when it´s dark. on top: impractical & expensive!

  11. Hi Trey, my grates (10 best, 0 Lowest) quality: 9, design: 0, Innovation: 6, environmentally 3; suitable for city: 1; resale: 4; price: 2; In my options is this a Bad Deal!!!!

  12. Do you want to stick out as "the American grandstander"? That's exactly the car you need for it. But the dinosaurs got extinct for a reason. They were as ill-adapted to the post-asteroid environment as is this piece of brain-waste to the post-carbon age. Germany is not Alaska. There is no place here where this thing makes any sense.

Just get a good bicycle and a monthly ticket for public transport. Better for you and for everybody else.

  13. To be honest, the front looks like half is missing and the front lights aren't not "my" taste at all,.. BUT you asked so this is "just" my honest opinion <3
    >> The wheels and tieres on the other hand look PRETTY DOPE !!
–> Compromise: FIND another car, and plug this great wheels on it

However, I would L O V E to see youi test drive this thing! …Buying it is a whole nother kettle of … beef! 😉

  15. I really want to apologize on behalf of of every normal thinking german. I hope you are aware of the fact, that stupid people are found all over the world! Please don't take it personal. These trolls have no life! Love your videos and keep up your great work 💪

  16. Dear Trey, i just found your channel this week and lok all your vids. Very nice and you speak a very clear english! Ive you need any help here in Germany you can contakt me. Best regardes from Ralf / German

  17. Trey if you like a contakt, we can make it over -the black forest family – they also americans live near Freiburg. You can send them a mail an ask for contakt to Ralf.

  18. It's too much money.I like trucks and SUVs now though don't get a Tesla they emit alot of radiation.Get a Toyota truck or a m3!

  19. Its not a good idea to praise SUVs in Germany, Trey you still have to learn a lot not to put your foot in your mouth !🙂Please have in mind: Germans will not tolerate behaviour that destroys the environment. If you want your expensive SUV to be scratched, then go for it.
