Kawa Coffee — Tour of a Sustainable Roastery and Cafe in Paris [Ep17]

Kawa Coffee, Paris – ClimateStory Episode 17
“Speciality coffee with a sustainable twist”

Paris is home to some of the best food and wine in the world. But the city also houses one of the country’s best coffee roasters.

In 2016 Alexis and Antoine founded Kawa – a speciality coffee roaster and retailer in the heart of Paris, France. A great example of green entrepreneurship.

In this episode, we explore what makes Kawa one of the finest coffee roasters in Europe, and the major ecological reason they decided to start a sustainable coffee company. We also learn about Panama Geisha, a highly coveted coffee from Panama.

ClimateStory features leaders in green-entrepreneurship from around the world. Don’t forget to subscribe for weekly episodes on food, technology, and fashion.
