  1. As you showed in your earlier videos, Singapore probably has a lot better food at prices anyone can afford.

  2. 16 years of my living in Singapore never have I ever been to don don donki

  3. Don Don Donki is the same as Don Quijote, they actually have a few locations in Hawaii. In US mainland, they are affiliated with Tokyo Central with locations across Socal. Their store in Gardena, CA looks pretty much like in this video with all kinds of donki branding/decor and offers similar products and layout.

  4. I still don't understand why this channel isn't called strictly noodles. He eats way more noodles than dumplings! 🤔

  5. Mike, I wanna see some small mom and pop restaurants, in your travels! Small family owned businesses is key here.

  6. The food looks delicious! But I'd have to wear earplugs because they keep playing that song on a loop! That would drive the employees crazy after a couple of hours!

  7. Thank you so much for loving dddonki here in singpaore!!

If you ever want to get more items, I recommend the kyoho grape iceballs!!! They’re like the melon sorbet, but in tiny balls that you can instantly pop in your mouth!!

I would also get the ice cream daifuku! It’s a soft thin layer of mochi wrapped around creamy ice cream. Vanilla’s the best seller, but all other flavours like Hokkaido milk, Sweet Potato, or Matcha are awesome too!!

As a healthy snack, there’s an entire section full of fruit granola, with Nissin Fruits Granola being my top favourite (particularly the maple flavoured one hehehe)

  8. Any plan of going to Malaysia soon? Im getting hungrier by the minute watching you eat…..

  9. i'm currently staying in singapore for the fist time in my life and i've been to donki stores daily this week.. such a blast

  10. Mikey , you just exposed Singapore's biggest secret ! You should have got the sweet potato !

  11. Mike – as someone who has travelled covering cuisine, would you ever do a video on utensil or food etiquette from around the world?
My SO and I the other day were commenting on how cleanly you eat. It makes your videos enjoyable to watch. Perhaps something you picked up from your parents as restaurant owners?
    Best from Canada -P

  12. How is it that a food court in Singapore can make a perfect over-medium egg, but almost no diner in Los Angeles can do the same? Drives me nuts.

  13. Hey, John from Brasil! Eating a Miojo while watching Mike Chen! you are amazing, thank yooou! "Mike Chen is better than cannabis, although Mike Chen with cannabis is even better." -Me, 2022

  14. We have one of these in Honolulu and I go every week. Going back to Japan next week and will be visiting the Mega Donki for sure.
