There was an Olympic warmup game between the Japanese women’s national hockey team versus Germany on Jan. 24 in Tokyo. The game is the first of the four the Japanese women’s national team (nicknamed “Smile Japan”) will play. They will play two games against Germany and the Czech Republic, respectively.
