【HANATABI SOYA】A train journey to the northernmost tip of Japan in Hokkaido #hokkaido #jr

I traveled by local train from ‘Asahikawa’ to ‘Wakkanai’ on the “Hanatabi Soya” in Hokkaido.
“Hanatabi Soya” is a special train that runs on the Soya Main Line only four times a year.
The “Hanatabi Soya” runs along the entire 259.4km Soya Line between Asahikawa and Wakkanai. Please enjoy the journey of about 6 hours along with the scenery of the Soya Line, Japan’s northernmost railway line.

  1. Haven't commented on your videos for a while, I just feel weird why there's no snow until you show the certificate at the end. Just wondering what is "吉日" mean?

  2. 일본은 철도가 너무 잘되어 있는것 같습니다 꼭 철도여행 해보겠습니다 소중한 영상 고맙습니다

  3. Great trip. When I read the description, this train running 4 times annually, that's why this train looks special. The scenery looks amazing by the way, and the station looks classic and antique but still in good condition
