12:18 im sick and tired of you americans calling fake wagyu as wagyu. Unless you are in my country, in japan, you are not eating Wagyu unless imported and nine times out of ten the resturaunt is not lisensed to do so. But i dont think ive ever heard someone say something so bastardizing as AMERICAN wagyu. LITERALLY shut the fuck up. Lost all credit in my eyes, lol

Normally the meat gets boiled first and then gets in raw egg before eating. As a sauce. Very delicious. Never saw it that way.
