Silver offers a late check-out upon availability. Typically around 1:PM when granted. And Ambassador is 75% Bonus Points, same as Titanium. I believe Titanium is the best tier. If you stay 45 nights & have a BonVoy Visa & a BonVoy American Express Business card, you get credited with 30 additional nights, which will put you at Titanium. At Titanium, not only do you get 5 additional Suite Night Awards, but you also get United Airlines Premiere Silver. At UA Silver, you will probably get upgraded to Economy Plus from a United hub to a United hub, but 1st Class is nearly impossible. From hub to non-hub & vise versa, Economy Plus is pretty much a lock & there's a decent chance at a 1st Class upgrade, better than 50% in my experience. Also, the higher the BonVoy Tier, the better the chance of an upgrade. There are a lot of Platinum travelers out there, but not nearly as many Titanium or Ambassador. Like you said, at Ambassador, it's rare that you don't get an upgrade… When I was Platinum, it was just the opposite; rare that I ever received an upgrade, without asking, but asking for one, gave better chances. At Titanium, my experience is I almost always get an upgrade without asking. And it takes at least Titanium to get an upgrade at a Ritz-Carlton. R-C doesn't upgrade Platinum.
FYI.. Ambassador only 75% points not 100%.. but They should have make Ambassadors get better perk than Titanium tho..

The Titanium Elite Status gets you United Airlines Mileage Plus Silver its a nice perk but you have to put in the work and turn Silver into Gold… You can get Upgraded to First Class but you have to pick the right plane for your trip, Airbus A319, A320 only has 12-16 First Class seats, Boeing 737-900 or 737-Max has 20 First Class seats those extra seats help allot with getting upgraded to First Class.
Great video, I do get upgraded rooms with Gold. You probably didn't mention the credit card shortcuts on purpose, but maybe you should just so people are aware not all people at these levels are really staying that many nights. I stay maybe 10 a year and I'm Gold because of the Amex Platinum. I will have to go for Platinum one day when I get the Bonvoy credit card again.

Great content 😊! I hit Ambassador last year December in Japan so lets see!.. So far not much difference between Titanium and Ambassador.
Another thought, most of higher ends hotels are blocking the top tier suits via suite night award. Better to get in touch with the hotel in advance to nudge them in the right direction.
The cab resort fee is off the charts and the cabby pays a kick back directly to the bellman. You can see it happen discreetly right in front of you if you are just standing around.
If you have lounge access and they don’t have a lounge do all catergory hotels comp your breakfast with them?
