Goa, Daman and Diu, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Pondicherry, Kerala, Arunachal and the other Seven Sister States & West Bengal; are the places where there are no restrictions on cow slaughter…in the rest one will usually come across buffalo as the beef replacement!
