On September 5, 2022, I came to Roka Koen Station in Setagaya Tokyo. In this area, there is a shopping street full of retro Showa-era atmosphere called Marubi Store. Although this shopping street is only a few dozen meters long, the light shining through the roofs and the atmosphere of the buildings match each other and make you feel as if you have stepped back in time.

Looking forward to this!
Looks like a nice place, but I wouldn't want to live close to that railway crossing!
There's graffiti on that message board! I think that's the first time I've seen graffiti in Japan! 😉
The laundromat is cool, I'm sure I saw the trees moving… Must be a trick of the camera!
The shot of the peeling sign under the orange light is incredible – the colours, the light, the subject… All beautiful. I really like the way you process the Fuji files.
How do you like the X-T4 vs the X-T3? I'd like to upgrade for the IBIS, but I prefer the tilting screen on the X-T3. With the X-T4 tilting the screen up or down means it will be to the side of the camera. :/
06:32 Thank you for sharing.
Those wind chimes at the end really set the mood for me. Loved it. Even though I live in Japan, a video like this creates a different emotion.
Absolutely exquisite video
Always enjoy these documentary stye photography videos. I love old areas of any country where you can see architecture and remnants of people living in the past, it just makes me feel relaxed and removed from the present.
A place like this needs to be revived and kept alive! Thanks for showing it to the world!
Love the colors. Really feels like the old years
