Hidden on the side of one of Japan’s major highways in Shizuoka Prefecture, and a testament to the phrase “don’t judge a book by its cover,” Le Dessin is a small specialty ramen shop that is bound to add a touch of flavor to any traveler’s next roadtrip. Its French name and windowless frontage can often misguide drivers away from enjoying a bowl of Toshiaki Masuda’s delicate ramen.
