Traditional Japanese craft has lasting power. The technique of decorating the black lacquer with gold and silver powders is known as maki-e. To commemorate Future Solution LX’s 10th year anniversary this year, we created a unique lacquer masterpiece known as “Tokirara no Tebako”. Individually crafted by Zohiko, a traditional lacquerware manufacturer in Kyoto with over 350 years of experience, their most accomplished and renowned master craftsmen spent months to create one box.
