The Ice Prince — Yuzuru Hanyu — bested by U.S. figure skaters Nathan Chen and Jason Brown, managed only third place tonight in the men’s short program of the ISU World Figure Skating Championships. Despite the slightly disappointing performance, he was treated to the traditional deluge of Pooh bears which reportedly could only be thrown from the rink-side seats. We’ll probably get to see yet another onslaught of plushies on Saturday when he’ll be competing in the men’s free skate. Stay tuned. (📷: @dokool)
