Japan is seriously so beautiful, I'm dying to go there. That onsen looks amazing, I think I could sit in there for a couple of hours actually. but you sounded like a professional tour guide explaining this. i heard about hot spring water boiling the egg but i didn't know it made it change colors. that's cool though because black eggs matter.
