Rumor has it that an unusual type of Japanese shaved ice can be eaten at a store in Shiga Prefecture, next to Kyoto, so we payed it a visit!
The store is called “Enjudō Honpo” and has a history of more than 140 years.
Their shaved ice is so unique that it is unknown even to most Japanese people! So what kind of strange topping might they add?!
