Sequoia Magic Loop was the prototype S&S Screamin’ Squirrel. Located at Gardaland, this coaster is basically a wild mouse turned on its size. The cars invert beneath the track, which is a really weird feeling. This ride originally opened in 2005. The ride was SBNO from 2017 until 2019 and it’s currently SBNO again. Will this ride ever reopen? Find out in this review!

Wow this looks rough canobe ! Just hit that subscribe love your videos !
Which is what he'd give a 0/10(5:15)!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Intamin be like sooooo Space Dive coaster looking a little more attractive now ehhhhh? Well Canobie (I feel your pain suffering through that "credit")
All I want is for s&s to build more coasters like eejanaika like why are there so few😭😭
2:03 There's always those f-in fools who let their kids climb all over shit. Like… what are you doing? Hahahah
How this ride was created:
* someone at S and S looked at a wild mouse blueprint sideways *
“yup that’s good”
There's a reason why those saxophone elements are trimmed. You will redout because of high negative G's.
I think the brakes are there to reduce the risk of headbanging and whiplash, because going down a saxophone at any speed faster than that will probably be very uncomfortable. However, I agree that less brakes will make it better.
this looks like an El Loco 1.0 from the small drops, weird restraints, and feeling like an altered wild mouse
Is it painful? I feel like those abrupt brakes and maneuvers could hurt your neck
Steepest drop is vertical. Everything after vertical is interesting but becoming shallower again.
They really tried to make a 180 degree drop 😂
I ride this coaster and I like it
It's funny
Gardaland is my home park
I was just at Gardaland and was sad to see this still SBNO especially because I didn’t find the coaster line up at the park that deep, It really sucked to walk around this insane looking coaster and not have the chance to experience it.
I like weird coasters, so this one had caught my eye. But I also was thinking it didn't look like it would be enjoyable to ride. It's nice to hear a report from someone who has ridden one. It's no surprise that this model didn't catch on.
Looks kinda boring to be honest.
YES!! FINALLY THE GARDALAND REVIEWS ARE COMING!!🤩🤩
This isn’t the weird one. The weird one is in Russia. Pretty sure this one is cloned. The one in Russia is the notable one
remove the brakes and it sounds fun
That's my home park, i rode this coasters tons of times, it's not a good coaster, though i'm kinda sad it's SBNO since it was very unique
I admire S&S for thinking outside the box, but damn I can't imagine who thought this would be an enjoyable experience when building it. Interesting idea, terrible execution.
Since gardaland is my home park i hope that sequoia shitty loop will be removed asap and replaced with something better and bigger
I’ve known about this coaster for years now, and it’s great to finally hear the thoughts from someone who’s actually ridden it!
I like hangtime, but I'm not sure if I would like that much hangtime at the low of a speed. It is a really unique ride though.
This doesn’t really look like a coaster in fact it looks downright boring it doesn’t hardly go fast at all
i had ridden it back in the days few times in Gardaland as Sequoia Advanture. An i must say: i really liked it.. it was very unique. To dive over the ends and follow by such a long hangtime. It's not really a roller coaster, but more something different. Can't fully agree with your criticism here. Sorry^^ i enjoyd it. Hop it will reopen sometime. But I have to say, the "Magic Loop" re-thematization looks really stupid.
I feel like this ride probably would have been slightly better if they had used magnetic braking on all the curves, instead of the active, pneumatic brakes it has. Controlling a pneumatic brake for this kind of slow, continuous motion is really, really hard to get right (and they obviously didn't). Regardless, great review as always!
Hey, Canobie Coaster! Maybe this ride should reopen next year!
im go to gardaland 4 day ago and this roller coaster is closed
These are always one of the weirdest coasters, crazy hanging but is the -1 G sustained for several seconds necessarily comfortable with those restraints? The Saxophones even if uncomfortable look worth it cause you can't find anything sustained -1 G that long.
Hey, Canobie Coaster! Why did this coaster close recently?
LOL
