Man, I'd love to have my homestead, with my home built how I desired, then go out and catch a few Tuna like this. I'd solicit friends to come for a quality supper. This would last a several weeks. I might sell some to offset my expenses, where tiki lamps, with Citronella oil, then a hot grill where beef drippings are drenched over the tuna steaks just enough to sear them. Of course some lime and garlic drizzled on, then set inside a cool smoker on the side, where they're coated w olive oil and let the cool smoke do its job. Then throw a beef brisket to smoke a couple days, while serving everyone big juicy seared tuna steaks. Anyone ever eat the ribbon section of tuna? It has to be good, I would think. Then what would go good to snack on after the tuna steaks. Peppermint patties, immediately afterward to calm the stomach. How about roasted marshmallows? Or would a bread go good, like bread pudding? Gawlic Bread would be very good probably. Where real butter olive oil mixed w gawlic then dip bread in melt real fast, then throw on the grill. Or if solid gawlic butter, cost all four edges, then wipe it to the center. Anyone gets tired of breadcrumbs flaking off edges and hitting the back of throat when inhaling? Wipe the butter on the top outside edges and move it toward the center rather than putting in the center wiping outward. Wet it, crumbs do not randomly get inhaled.
He is a Master sushi maker just not a good fish cutter. Kind of funny to see someone use a sword to cut a small chunk of fish. Sushi looked good though can hardly see the hack lines👍🏼

Я тунца пробовала только из консервы и то только маленькие кусочки.

That's a mean vacuum sealer! How about flushing air out with nitrogen, then vacuum seal?
Imagine the struggle to catch that thing.
