Let’s make Korean Traditional Pancake – Pa-jeon. A perfect dish for rainy day.
It is made with green onion (or chives) with some zucchini, and sausage.
I ate it with traditional sauce (w/ soy sauce and vinegar mix) and also with mayonnaise & Takoyaki sauce and top it with Katsuobushi.
You can always make traditional dish with little bit of twist, which is adding little bit of your style.
