    I'm just back from my 2nd trip to Roma and disagree with its ranking as number one. Yes, the eternal city is among the most beautiful cities in the world, yes it's worth visiting, BUT does not deserve the number one ranking. Why ? Because it's too dirty ! As an Asian woman, I grew up in France, in Paris, have lived in Amsterdam, London, in Belgium, Switzerland and have been to almost all the mentioned cities and I disagree with the ranking. How can you possibly include ugly Hong Kong in the most beautiful cities in the world, understimate St-Petersbourg / Russia while the magnificent Budapest is not even in the ranking ???

    Well documented, good speech but covering some not-so-popular or not so beautiful ones as well, and covering some like Luang Prabang or Chiang Mai that were great to see.

    A New Zealand city maybe Queenstown, maybe Cairo, between Austria/Switzerland/Germany – at least 2 cities, maybe Iceland, Norway, Scotland, Ireland – at least 2 cities, more from East/SE Asia incl. Myanmar, Nepal, Sri Lanka, North or NE India, Cambodia could have been included

    I think this is unfair list. Where is Vienna city of Austria, where is Moscow of Russia, where is Shanghai of China where is Santorini of Greece. Some cities in the list didn't need to be put as most beautiful cities of the world. To put Singapore in the last also inappropriate.
