Yamashiroya Japanese Toy Store Tour



This is pretty much a complete store tour of Yamashiroya in Ueno Tokyo. This is a seven story toy store loaded with anime and video game merchandise. Practically every corner and floor space is filled with stuff. You can find the latest merchandise from Studio Ghibili, Dragon Ball Z, Sylvanian Family, Pokemon, Kirby, Zelda, Doraemon, Pretty Cure, Anpanman, and so much more. I highly recommend going here if you come to Japan. Just being in this store for an hour was not enough time to fully enjoy it and see everything. Except to spend at least 2 hours if you want to see it all. This video was filmed on August 3rd, 2019 with the GoPro Hero 7 Black.

    The flashing lights stop at around 3:05. I had to adjust my GoPro settings so they wouldn't do that as much.

    I just came here to see some Kamen Riders and Super Sentai Toys, I really love Tokusatsu and Animes, seeing these two together is amazing!

    This is one of the better indy toy stores I've seen in the Tokyo area. The only downside is that they have minimum purchase rules for foreigners looking to take advantage of the tax exemptions.

    Disclaimer (please read before commenting): Due to the amount of comments lately about me not recording what you were here to see, please know that I was only able to spend one hour to spend in this toy store. One hour is not enough time to see and film everything. I would need at least 2.5 to 3 hours at most to film the entire store. If there is anything else I missed, please let me know and I'll make sure to film it next time I go.
