“GUNDAM FACTORY YOKOHAMA” opened in December 2020 for a limited time at Yamashita Pier in Yokohama, an international port city, as a facility where visitors can view a full-scale 18-meter “moving Gundam” up close. Originally scheduled to be open until March 2022, it has been extended until March 31, 2023. We will sneak into “GUNDAM FACTORY YOKOHAMA,” which is attracting attention as the new face of Yokohama, and introduce its charms.
In the Yokohama Bay Area, a 7-meter tall balloon of Gundam Aerial, the main character of “Mobile Suit Gundam: THE WITCH FROM MERCURY,” will be on display for the first time at Landmark Plaza, a special exhibit of items related to the film, and a 1/1 Gundam head and 2-meter standing Gundam statue will be on display at Minatomirai Station! The Gundam Gundam Head and 2 meter statue will be on display at Minato Mirai Station.
