熱海市は、静岡県の最東部に位置する温泉街です。
海から熱い湯が湧き出ていたことや「あつうみが崎」とも呼ばれていたことなどから、熱海と呼ばれる様になりました。
源頼朝と北条政子との古事により、伊豆山神社の参拝は熱海でも人気の観光スポットとなっています。
熱海サンビーチはホテルや市街地にも近い事から、観光客や周辺に住まう住民達が沢山訪れる熱海市内でも人気のあるビーチの一つです。
I visited Atami City in Shizuoka Prefecture and walked from Izuyama Shrine to Atami Sun Beach.
Atami is a hot spring resort located in the easternmost part of Shizuoka Prefecture.
The name “Atami” comes from the fact that hot water gushed out of the sea and that it was also called “Atsuumigasaki”
Izuyama Shrine is associated with Minamoto no Yoritomo and Hojo Masako, and has become a popular tourist attraction in Atami.
Atami Sun Beach is one of the most popular beaches in Atami City, visited by many tourists and residents because of its proximity to hotels and the city center.
