The Koka Ninja Village (甲賀の里忍術村) is one of Koka City’s ninja-related attractions, along with the Ninja House in the outskirts of Shiga Prefecture and within close proximity of Iga-Ueno in Mie Prefecture.
The entire region is known to be the birthplace of the art of Ninjitsu which played a pivotal key role during the Samurai period of Japan and of course within modern pop culture as of today.
The village of Koka is home to many houses that still has the various trapdoors, escape routes and visitors to the area are able to take a glimpse of what it is like to live life as a ninja during that period.
The place also ninja styled obstacle courses including Shuriken throwing training, water walking training and a museum in which you can bear witness to the art of Ninjitsu by seeing all their gear and techniques that they used to scale the walls of the many.
Anyone who is a die hard Naruto fan should definitely pop into this area when you have the chance to travel to Japan when the opportunity arises.
